Applications

Can be used in harsh environments as auxiliary lighting (waterproof, corrosion protection and shockproof).Such as using in large scale port machinery’s (Tire hoists, Cranes, Gantry Cranes, etc) driver cab and walkway lighting; wind turbine (Nacelle, Tower cylinder, Wheel drums) interior lighting; ship overhead and walkway lighting.

Installation and operation

• Check whether the supply voltage does comply with the rated voltage of the lamp

• Secure the lamp body on a smoothing surface with enough mechanical strength using screws There is a 15 º adjustable angle in mounting

• Open the panel by removing 2 screws and draw the wiring(See Wiring diagram 1).

• There are 2Φ25.5 holes(with M20×1.5 water joints) on the light wiring power input and power output.(See Wiring diagram 2).

• After the test, turn off the power. Re-lock the light board with a Phillips Screwdriver fixing 2 “M5 panel screws” and the tightening torque ≤ 5 N*M (Note:when tightening torque>7 N*M,the structure will damage on screw parts).
